  • Is the property family friendly?

    Yes, we love to welcome families with children of all ages. 

  • Is the property pet friendly?

    We gladly welcome dogs and service animals. Please contact our team for the full pet policy to confirm any additional fees and amenities.

  • Does the property have a pool?

    We have a full sized pool and jacuzzi.

  • Does the property have a spa and gym?

    Yes, our Wellness Center includes 3 indoor single cabins and 1 outdoor double cabin. Unfortunately we do not have a gym. 

  • How many restaurants does the property have?

    We offer 2 restaurants: Tropicana Restaurant and La Terraza, as well as a Pool Bar.

  • Does the property have a Kid´s Club?

    Unfortunately we do not have a Kid´s Club.

  • Does the property host events?

    Yes, we can gladly assist with additional information regarding groups, meetings, and events on property. Please contact sales@tropicana-cabo.com.

  • Is transportation available?

    We do offer to arrange transfers from and to the airport, and other points of interest with an additional charge. 

  • Does the property have parking?

    Yes, we offer complimentary valet parking.

  • Is there Wi-Fi?

    We offer high-speed internet in all rooms and common areas. 

  • Is there an ATM on property?

    Unfortunately, we do not have an ATM on property, however we are conveniently located close to various banks. 

  • Can guests pay with cash?

    Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments for room rates, however, we do accept cash in our outlets. 

  • What is the cancellation and deposit policy for bookings?

    Cancellation and deposit policies depend on dates of stay. Please contact our Reservations Team at reservations@tropicana-cabo.com or, in case your booking was made through a 3rd party, please contact your agent to confirm the policy that applies to your booking.
