Rates are quoted in single or double occupancy in U.S Dollars (USD) and are subject to 16% government tax, 4% lodging tax, $37.99 MXN Environmental Tax, per night (approximately $2.27 USD) and 10% service charge. Additional guests may be subject to an additional fee, per night. Families with children are welcome. Guests 12 and over are considered adults. A maximum of 3 guests can be accommodated in rooms with 2 beds, regardless of age. Rooms with a King bed cannot accommodate more than 2 guests.

Guests must be at least 18 years old to register in the hotel. Complimentary valet parking and Wi-Fi is included.

All bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival and may be cancelled at any time if the booking is not guaranteed with a deposit. Booking modifications are subject to changes in rates and cancellation/deposit policies according to the new dates of stay and may only be made before the cancellation policy goes into effect.
